My name is Cashieta Daniels, and I’m the founder of A.R. Organics. 

I started this business after the loss of my best friend. Before she passed, she was encouraged to explore natural remedies, but her family followed traditional treatments like chemo and radiation. Her passing inspired me to research holistic alternatives, which led me to discover sea moss and A.R. Organics was born in her honor.

With a deep passion for promoting well-being and harmony, I have dedicated my life to helping others find peace and balance in their busy lives. Drawing on my knowledge of massage, natural therapies, meditation, and yoga I create personalized massages to nurture both the body and mind. My serene studio is a haven where clients can unwind and reconnect with their inner selves, experiencing rejuvenation and tranquility. My goal is to inspire individuals to embark on their own journeys toward holistic health and to empowering them to live life to its fullest potential.

I am a Reiki Level Il Practitioner in the Usui Reiki/ Tibetan Natural Healing tradition and the founder of Ember & Root. Trained by Karla & Jerry Diaz of Ser Sano Reiki. My work is grounded in the understanding that healing is an energetic experience that unfolds through safety, intention, and deep presence.

I view Reiki as a bridge between the seen and unseen, helping clients reconnect with their inner guidance while remaining anchored in everyday life and embodied awareness.

Reiki has been profoundly transformational in my own healing journey. These experiences shape the heart of my work. I bring not only technical training, but also intuitive attunement, reverence, and empathy for each person's unique pace of healing.

Sessions at Ember & Root are collaborative and intentional, centered on emotional integration, self-trust, and reclaiming personal power. I enjoy journeying alongside clients as they rediscover the beauty found in change and cultivate a deeply rooted strength.
