Sound is not only beautiful, it has the power to shift the nervous system into a state of rest. That’s when the body heals…
During this 1 hour sound bath, you will be gently guided into deep relaxation through meditation, Reiki, and a peaceful combination of sound healing instruments. This may include gongs, drums, crystal bowls & harps, chimes, tuning forks, and more.
We have a small supply of mats, blankets, & pillows that can be used on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring whatever you’d like to be comfortable.
Starts at 5:30pm.
