Women of all ages will benefit from this class, but it is specifically designed with older women in mind (over ~40's?), women who may be looking for a more relaxed but highly efficient form of exercise. It may appeal to women who wish to avoid traditional gym environments/exercises but desire to gain strength, balance, flexibility, and toned muscles in a positive environment and personalized attention.
In this class, we will incorporate exercise bands, light weights, stretching, and ballet exercises with and without the barre. It will be heavy ballet based so it may also appeal to women who either have some ballet training or have always dreamed of learning ballet. No ballet experience is necessary! We will work together with a focus on your personal goals for your body. Each class will end with a restorative meditation.

Expect an open, calm, relaxed, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment with the added intention of connection with other women.
I'm looking for a maximum of 6 ladies to start. I would like women who are committed to being consistent in class participation, showing up enough to see real change in their wellbeing. My proposed class day & time is Saturdays at 2:00pm. However, I am open to adding more class times or creating a day/time that works for all that are interested. Please include your preferred class days & times in the form below.
Cost will be $18 per class or $60 per month.
This class is open to anyone wishing to take a deeper look at, and address, their past traumas and emotional wounds that are impacting their wellbeing. This class may be for your if you: want to become emotionally healthier, want to address past traumas, have physical ailments you'd like to resolve, need relief from pain or suffering, want to learn self-healing techniques, or need more emotional regulation tools for regular use.
We will explore the emotional root causes of all physical, mental, and emotional issues and develop the knowledge and learn ways to address them at the deepest levels possible, with full resolution as the goal. We will be addressing these both individually and as a group, but please know that you DO NOT have to share any details you are not comfortable with sharing. There are ways to address and resolve emotional events without knowing all of their details.
I would like to establish both in person and virtual group meetings that meet either monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly, depending on the urgency of things that are being addressed.
